Going to the doctor as a result of something going wrong in your body is highly recommended.
The doctor will question you as part of the investigation, using medical knowledge and many instruments and perhaps if necessary refer you to hospital for a more in-depth investigation before reaching a final conclusion on what the problem is.
Similarly, the same could be said for your car, your mobile phone and the list goes on and on.

How many times have you heard adverts on the radio for the recall of new cars for a fix of one kind or the other.
These companies do not close down when they encounter a problem, they continue to look after their customers and they trade their way out of their difficulties.

These are ethical companies and in being ethical they hope that their customers will return to them in the future, in the full knowledge that they will be looked after.
All companies are protected under the law when they register in The Companies Office in Dublin and their liability to their customers is limited if things go wrong and if they so decide to run away from that liability.

That is why they call it SO AND SO & Company Limited. (meaning that the claim on them is limited, because they are a Limited Company)
Most companies, let’s call them ethical companies, take out insurance in case they require help to compensate their customers.

This is why the Government is part of the problem, when a company decides to close down instead of being part of the solution, they decide to take the money and run and they implicate the government in their actions. (because the government stands over their limited liability in law.)
That is why the government can not do the same as the companies and run away from its responsibilities to people who bought the defective product in good faith.

A National Test Centre should be put in place to diagnose and to quantify the full extent of the problem in homes all over Ireland, just like the hospital, we need expert diagnoses for all homes that will be bought and sold in the future.

We need safety and security in own homes if we are to call ourselves a functioning society………………% Redress No Less.
