      A follow on from the previous book in many ways, my body felt lighter as I sat on a chair watching this and letting Andy talk me through so relaxing techniques.
      I suggest this for the children with the sound lowered or off, the colours will quieten them down if that is what is needed.

      A little gem of a film about the abuse of power perpetrated by Britain on a small African country.

      It is more than a film, it is an introduction to a smarter way of farming.

    • The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle

      It arrived in the post from my brother in early December, he knew that it was the first Christmas in my life to spend on my own.
      I did not know what the effect of over 70 years of conditioning about the Irish culture of Christmas was going to have on me.
      I found lots of answers in this book, so many that I will have to read it again.
