  A follow on from the previous book in many ways, my body felt lighter as I sat on a chair watching this and letting Andy talk me through so relaxing techniques.
  I suggest this for the children with the sound lowered or off, the colours will quieten them down if that is what is needed.

  A little gem of a film about the abuse of power perpetrated by Britain on a small African country.

  A true story of an English spy played by Judy Dench History proved her right in the end.

  a film about improving the condition of the soil.
  It is more than a film, it is an introduction to a smarter way of farming.

Books

• The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle

  It arrived in the post from my brother in early December, he knew that it was the first Christmas in my life to spend on my own.
  I did not know what the effect of over 70 years of conditioning about the Irish culture of Christmas was going to have on me.
  I found lots of answers in this book, so many that I will have to read it again.

  Two Birds Sang is a short film on Youtube about two artists and exhibitors, who made their way to Inishowen and made a home and art here.
